Data processing responsability

Data requested and purpose of treatment

Subscription form: The user data is collected with express consent to be added to an automated email marketing file (newsletter software) managed by the person in charge of the treatment indicated below.

Checkout form: Buyers will be asked for their personal data and a password for the sole purpose of processing their purchases according to legality and facilitate access to the products and services offered by The Site. This data is stored by The Site. The password will be generated by the user and encrypted so that no one else knows that password, not even The Owner.

Who’s in charge of data processing

Duration of data processing

Personal data provided for billing and purchase of products or services, they will be kept for the legally applicable time.

Personal data provided for newsletters and comments on the blog, will be kept until the user the user decides so. The user can unsubscribe automatically as indicated in each newsletter, or by writing to paola@misslittlezombie.com
